Bottle shared in Hackney - thanks to those guys in Brussels. Pours clear yellow with a dense, foamy white head. Light cabbage in the nose, hay, grass, pale grains. Light sweet flavour with simple pale bread, dried straw. Light bodied with fine to average carbonation. Finishes with more cabbage, dried hay, biscuits. Not bad.

Bottle from Cedars restaurant, Leicester. Light yellow, watery-looking and clear. Corn syrup aroma, not a lot else. Sweet sugary taste, with corn galore. Heavily carbonated. Refreshing and drinkable but devoid of character.

Bottle at Casablanca restaurant, Ipswich. Pours bright pale gold with a lasting white head. Aroma of grain, grass, light malt and sweet fruitiness. Heavy sweetness, light to moderate bitterness. Light body, oily texture, soft carbonation. Not bad though too sweet.

9/VI/17 - 33cl bottle @ Aywa Beirut Street Food (Ghent) - BB: 1/II/18, produced: 1/II/17 (2017-799)
Clear pale blond yellow beer with a slight pink-orange shine to it, though that might have been the lighting inside or even the crystal cut glass in which I poured it. Aery irregular small white head, unstable, non adhesive, dissipates quickly. Aroma: very malty, grains, cow fodder. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: bit sourish, malty, grains, nice bitterness, some citrus. Aftertaste: bit sweet, malty, hoppy touch, decent pilsener for what it's worth.
