Tap. Pours reddish hazel, mostly clear, tan head that dissipates leaving good lacing. Aroma is very smoky, definitely Mesquite, smells like a Nevada campfire. Flavor is hugely smoky as well, a bit of roast and caramel peek through, but this is about the smoke. Light sweetness below the meaty threshold, little bitterness. Truly a one note beer, but that note rings true.

Tap. Pours deep red mahogany, medium creamy tan head, huge staying power, great lacing. Aroma is roasty, a hint of chicory, pine, astray, touch of rubber. Flavor follows, light plus sweet and bitter, more roasty than IPA. Bitterness without flavor character, which is a bummer. Medium body, great mouthfeel.

Tap. Pours hazy golden, small white head, some lacing. Aroma is light grass, bread, honey, hay. Flavor is medium sweet, grassy, hints of hay and honey, light bitterness, white pepper. Medium body, fairly low carbonation. Sweeter than I usually like, but it kind of works here.
