Can. Pours a clear light gold with a fizzy head and aromas that at first seem very lemony... as it warms the lemon fades a bit and they become more honey-dominated. Flavor is OK, but pretty boring for an IPA. Nice bitterness (but lacking a clear direction - I can’t say it’s really \"citrusy\" or \"resinous\" or anything of the sort... Maybe a bit \"spicy\" but that’s about it.) Nice balance. Kind of plain.

Pour is a crystal clean golden with a huge white head that disappears quickly. Aroma is moderate spice, earthy apple and citrus. Flavor is light citrus, pale malts, a hint of peppery spice. Not much of farmhouse yeast presence and I did get some alcohol as it warmed up. This was ok at best. Everything is a bit to thin from the look to the flavor. Probably could have used a bit more hops and a different yeast strain.

Can pour. Appearance is hazy dark brown/mahogany with 1/2 finger-width off-white fizzy head, no lacing, no sparkle. Aroma is caramel/toffee and vanilla with notes of chocolate, dark fruits. Taste is strong toffee/caramel with berry/fruit and hint of chocolate and vanilla. Palate is medium bodied with average texture and toffee, sweet fruity finish with English hops-like dryness. Overall, a decent amount of complexity/flavor for such a low ABV.

Draft at the Royale - St. Louis. Pours clear, rich brown with a tight, creamy off-white head. The nose has lightly toasted brown bread, hints of caramel. Light to medium sweet flavour with subtle earthy and leafy notes, more caramel, bready malts. Light bodied, creamy. Simple finish with more soft earthy bitterness, toffee, brown bread, caramel. An easygoing mild.
