Fremont Brewing was born of our love for our home and history as well as the desire to prove that beer made with the finest local ingredients – organic when possible --, is not the wave of the future but the doorway to beer's history. Starting a brewery in the midst of the Great Recession is clearly an act of passion. We invite you to come along with us and enjoy that passion -- because beer matters.

Brown ale with thin head and lots of coconut. On the palate, it's medium bodied, even given its strength, but lots of coconut. Has a nice little bit of caramel. So it's good alcohol, thin base, decent coconut.

Poured from 473mL can (pkg 02/19/2025). Very dark brown with minimal beige head. Toasted coconut, mild coffee and chocolate, feint roast. Comes together nicely.

Can. Blackish beer with a dark tan head. Chocolate and light caramel aroma. Chocolate and roast flavor with light grain. Medium bodied. Chocolate and light roast linger with light grain.

On Tap at Belmont Brew House, Garden City, ID Hazy medium orange peach pour. Modest coarse off-white head and lacing. Light sweet citrus flavors and aromas. Close to straight up orange juice. Missing some of that hop sting that many hazys will have.

35cl Blik van Beer Republic. Bijna zwarte kleur, beige kraag. Gebrande mout, wat chocolade, waterig, veel koolzuur, licht metalig. De stoutsmaken zijn aanwezig maar het blijft een waterig en slap aftreksel van het echte werk. Niet te koud drinken dit.

47cl Blik van Beer Republic. Troebelgele kleur, witte kraag. Flink fruitig, tropisch fruit, Tropicana, ananas, meloen, perzik, later wat meer grassig en netels, vrij zoet. Lichte body. Iets te zoet voor mijn smaak, verder prima.
