33 cl. bottle @ home, bought online @ Mr. Hop. Dark brown with a beige head. Dark malty aroma with raisins, sweet coffee, brown sugar. Taste is sweet with a bittersweet finish. Some alcoholwarmth. Nice Belgian styled dark ale.

Bottled november 2017. Buckets of rum aroma wafting through the air, but the rum taste is actually pretty light. Sweet, malty beer, quite boozy, good dose of rum. Leathery, dusty, dank cellar rum. The beer is really thin, though, but tasty.

Bottled may 2017. Another one of those overcarbonated, watery attempts at the style, but not the worst by far.. Sugary sweet, some good roast in the back, a tiny bit of dark fruit and some coffee. Enjoyable, but not great. Bring me some Carolus Classic!

Bottle. Color: Black, light brown head. Aroma: Roasted malt, peat, smoke, booze. Taste: Roasted malt, hints of coffee, pretty strong Bowmore notes, although the balance between the base beer and the BA is still ok. Some peat and smoke, sweetish and bit boozy. Moderate to medium sweet and medium to above medium bitterness. Long lasting dark roasted malt finish with hints of coffee, very bitter palate and subtle peaty notes. Over medium body, soft carbonation. Ok beer, but I'm missing some body and complexity of the base beer, compared with the original LOC 94 I've tasted some months ago.

Bottle. Color: Very dark brown, almost black, thin beige head. Aroma: Weird and disappointing combination of sweetish malt, chocolate, caramel, booze, hints of vanilla. Taste: Medium sweet dark malt, medium bitter notes, caramel. Hints of chocolate. Gets pretty boozy towards and at finish, Bourbon, vanilla, herbal notes, smoky hints. Medium body, below average carbonation. Too thin and lacking balance in my opinion, I think the 6 months BA would work much better with a fuller bodied and more solid base beer, like LOC94.
