On tap at Seven Stills, pours a cloudy opaque yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out brett funkiness, with a touch of stone fruit. Flavour is very funky, with loads of brett funk, pithy stone fruits, and biscuity notes. Bone dry and quite funk. Wonderfully done.

On tap at Seven Stills, pours an opaque bright golden with a small white head. Nose brings out loads of apricot, brett and light wood. Flavour is quite complex, with lots of apricot, brett, and funk. Wonderful blend of funk and apricot. Complex and deep. Excellent.
