16 ounce can. Number one with a bullet. Brassy gold color. Firm, foamy beige head. Great clinging lace. Grainy malt nose hints at lemon. Flavor is crisp sweet malt with bright citrusy notes. Some bready, hay-like notes. Dry and crisp finish with a boozy touch.

NYC Beer Week Opening Bash: pours clear copper with a white head. Aroma is citrus and pine. Taste is fruity and candy.

Draught @ Malt & Mold. Murky brown with very small frothy beige head, sweet plum aroma, low carbonation, sticky sweet toasted malt and plum taste, thin body, long sticky sweet finish. Too sweet for my taste.

Can @ Malt & Mold. Pours clear rich yellow with small foamy whitish head, very faint resin aroma, adequate carbonation, medium bitter resinous taste, thin body, long finish. Decent classic American IPA.

Draught @ Malt & Mold. Opaque dark brown with small foamy beige head, very faint roasted malt aroma, medium carbonation, medium bitter roasted malt taste, thin body, longish finish. A bit thin, like a dry stout.

12oz bottle pours a clear gold with some white head. Standard nose, grain, flowers, dough. Flavor is the same, a little cheap malt, biscuit, yeast, a touch estery here. Watery finish.

This beer pours a hazy golden color with a medium thin white head that evaporates steadily to a wispy film. Spotty lacing on the glass. Aroma of grassy hops, fruit and malt. Light-bodied with flavors of herbal hops, citrus and biscuit malt. The finish is mildly bitter with a short grassy hop aftertaste. Average overall.
