Description
We create our own beer recipes – with homemade malt (BOM means Belgische Originele Moutbakkerij or Belgian Original Maltbakery) forming the basis for a secret composition of ingredients, called a “BOM package” – that we brew according to the principles of a gypsy-brewery. The Triporteur beers are our point of departure and our basic beers. Besides those, we also launch a special beer line with once-off products.

Claims to be dubbel porter. Smell-weak malt. Foam-thin, malt, weak Belgian yeast, weak caramel, weak hops. Head is small to medium, white-brown color. Appearance- nice bottle cap and somewhat nice label with cook and devil carrying beer, I will assume it's original for beer, so an extra point here. From - snifter price- 2,49 euros Taste- weak malt, faint acidic notes, faint hops, faint sour-ish notes. Overall quite neutral, bit malty, bit sour-ish, bit hoppy aftertaste. Nothing special.

Clear golden colour with thin head. For me this is a straightforward Belgian Blond. There's a mild herbal note and perhaps some citrus peel but that is true of many a Belgian Blond. Still, not bad.

SLOW GUSHER ALERT!
Clear dark brown beer, huge towering beige head, pretty stable, adhesive, leaving a nice lacing in the glass. Aroma: sweet, very yeasty, lots of overripe banana, gentle roast, some milk chocolate, very malty, grains, cow fodder. MF: lively carbon, medium body. Taste: lots of chocolate, little sweet, malty, good roast, bit yeasty, little sour. Aftertaste: soft roast, very malty, grains, sweet, caramel, milk chocolate, soft roast, bit sourish, easy drinkable stout, but a bit too light of a body for an 8.2%!
