Woof, this is sour, but not especially hoppy. Has a really sharp acetic sour hit, very reminiscent of sour brown types, although it's a pale hazy golden colored beer. Citrus elements are mild.

Draught @ Malt&Mold. Cloudy cherry red with small frothy white head, faint acidic aroma, adequate carbonation, medium sour taste with cherry flavor, thin body, long sour finish. Well balanced sour.

Torst, Brooklyn tap: pours misty gold with small head. Aroma is vinegary, funky, vegetal. Taste is sour, gingery. Kind of like a sour ale ginger ale.

500mL capped bottle. Pours very dark brown, almost black. Head dies very fast. Aroma is all sourness, acetic is strong hiding the soft stout underneath. Flavor is similarly sour with a dark, lightly cocoa maltiness. Just too much sour and not enough beer.

Draught @ Albion. Cloudy rich yellow with creamy light beige head, light acidic aroma, adequate carbonation, mildly sour taste with earthy flavor, smooth body, long finish with with bitter aftertaste. Strange brew in which the earthy saison flavor battles with the sour taste and turn into a bitter taste.

Flaska från Sabina. Smak och doft av humle, citrongräs, jäst, funk, trä, aprikos, vita druvor, örter med toner av citron och ekträ. Torr, rund och len, frisk, fruktig, rena smaker, bra balans och beska. Mycket gott!

I really like this, def much more than their sour stout I tried last night. Looks really great in the glass, a lumescent orange-amber, somewhat cloudy, nice pure white head. Fruity nose, peaches. Mildly sour, lactic, funky, fruity, semi-sweet, rounded mouthfeel. Spicy and hoppy around the edges. Very pleasing and easy drinking, great choice for backyard bbqing.

Very different, unique. Sour dominates, a very acetic type of sour reminiscent of a Flemish sour, a bit much really. It was difficult but I was able to discern the mild roast flavors of the dry stout hiding behind all that acidity. Not very balanced nor especially drinkable. Low carbonation, no head, dark brown-black, looked a bit like a flat soda in the glass.
