Can drunk 8/19/23. Clear dark mahogany. Light tan head to light cover. Base malt, with chocolate, vanilla, not over-roasted malts and light caramel and some tea. Fluffy, creamy, expansive carb with good black malt character but still a dominant base malt caramel character. Light hop and good bitterness alongside milk chocolate and light vanilla. Great depth and attenuation. No booze.
Roasty, chocolate, nice aroma. Taste follows, smooth, nice balance. Decent base stout.

Can from the brewery drunk 8/17/23. Hazy/cloudy raspberry. Large, pink-tinged head slowly to cover. Nose seems to be...free of lactose?! Could it be?? Juicy berry puree and modest lactic tartness with a clean, crackery finish. Lactic acid, cracker-like malt and some soft, wheat-like character with juicy, well-done, authentic, raspberry puree and I daresay, no frickin' lactose! Man, has it been a long while since I've had a non-lactose kettle sour. They're really quite refreshing and decent without it.

Can, undated, drunk 8/16/23. Clear cherry-amber. Small, butter head fades to nothing quickly. Really nice mix of malt, hop and yeast, and just enough Vienna malt to give done richness and very light roast without overdoing it. Soft and malty up front transitioning to a bit of roast and light bitterness. Lingering caramel and light fruit. Good attenuation, remaining quite malty with cookie-like base malt balanced by gently bitter, herbal hops. Clean.

Undated can drunk 8/13/23. Very orange-amber. Maybe a bit of caramel malt? Lightly hazy. White head quickly to spotty cover. Orange blossom honey. Some light caramel-vanilla malt. Not a ton of aroma, but it's clean. Soft, malty, fruity with big orange and light pineapple. Some gross caramel suggestions. Not sure why caramel malt is ever used in an IPA. Had to dump it, sadly.
