Notes from 1/08/17 22oz bottle from the Union Sq. Farmer's Market. Sat in my fridge for a good month. Pint glass pour. Foamer. :/ Pasty, eggshell white, sturdy cap of head. Body has a bit of haze, but otherwise, a cheerful yellow orange blend. Smell is a mix of baby powder & clove-y Belgian yeast. Lacks any definitive peachiness in the nose. A big splash of tartness hits upfront, followed by a surprising pepperyness, then a hit of peach juice. Too soon though, my sip turns incredibly chalky & harsh. Just being dominated by yeast & booze. The body, the flavor, the follow through, all coating my throat & gut with yeast. Basically (sadly), the peach felt like a big afterthought. Overwhelmed by a yeasty, bland milkshake of a beer.

Bottle shared in VT - picked up somewhere by a family member. Pours clear pink with a small, creamy white head. Fairly tasty, some tangy cherries, bread, mild yeast expression. Light bodied with fine carbonation. Simple cherry notes to finish, very subtle tartness, a little warming alcohol. Somewhat basic but drinkable enough.

Bottle from the farmer's market: pours clear gold with white head. Aroma is vegetables and honey. The vegetables sort of undercut the honey... drinkable, not too sweet. Not all the way refined. Kind of dirty.

From a farmer's market: pours hazy orange with a large head. Aroma is sort of citrusy and vegetal. Way more vegetables in the taste though and way less citrus.

From a booth at a farmer's market: copper with a white head. Aroma is grainy and lightly piny with fruity hints. Sort of sweet. Not very bitter. Whatever, but perfectly drinkable.

Bottle at home watching this Spanish crime thriller I’m quite enjoying. Says black ale on bottle Porter is my best guess where it fits. Nose is earthy and pine and cocoa. Tastes of dark chocolate, earth, pine, light herbs. Clean palate. Smooth not all that bitter. Bought from the farmers market outside the office this month.

Bottle. Pours hazy rose-pink with foamy whitish head, acidic cherry aroma, high carbonation, sweetish cherry taste with moderate hops bitterness, thin body, medium bitter finish with cherry aftertaste. Very flavorful cherry influence, a nice farmhouse ale.

Bottle. Pours faintly cloudy pale yellow with large foamy off-white head, malt aroma with a hint of bread, high carbonation, medium bitter malty taste, a bit of citrus, longish medium bitter finish. The hops profile was not noticeable at all.
