0,35L can, BB. 20.04.2014. Pours black with ruby highlights. It has tan head, the stays for some time. Aroma is roast, coffee, slight metallic notes, dark chocolate. Taste is caramel, sweet, roast, dark chocolate, metallic, licorice, sour, and some salt. It has dark chocolate bitter finish with sourness and alcohol burn. Overall: weird one. Original rating: 6:4:6:3:14 Had this one several times after original rating and really enjoyed it every time. Hence bump for the flavor and overall. Had this more and I bump it even higher. There have been one or two bad cans, but generally I really enjoy this one.

0,35L can, BB 20.04.2014. Pours clear golden-amber with nice white head. The head stays for some moments. The aroma is rather weak sourness, pine, and fruits. Taste: is malt, caramel, sweet, pine, slightly metallic, and sour. Finish has some lingering grapefruit bitter kick and alcohol burn with some interesting sour notes. Overall: goes down rather well, but not really exciting.

7% Can on sale at Lawson’s 20 yen off so just 260 yen! A great deal for Japan. This beer has the classic clear copper-gold color I like in an IPA. Served in my Mikkeller 0.2L wine type glass. Nice solid hop bouquet that goes back & forth between tropical fruits & pine/resin notes-quite good. Full slick mouthfeel with a sharp bitter hop bite, slightly puckering in the mouth. My overall feel is kind of a bitter pith or rind kind of taste, citrusy pith lingers in the aftertaste. Pretty good.

33 cl can @home from an IP trade with TimE, thanks! Clear pale golden color. White head, with short retention. Aroma’s from the glass: grassy hops, hints of caramel and sour fruit. Retronasal it’s sweet malts/caramel, wheat, hops on the background, perhaps some coriander? Flavor is moderate sweet with a light bitterness. Medium bodied. Finishes with a moderate bitterness. Nice crossbreed, could have used a bit more of a hopbite even.

Aroma is nice with cocoa and licorice. Flavour has lots of licorice, some dark chocolate, coffee and distant herbal tones. Delicious, I like the roastiness here.

Can. Pours amber with big white head. Aroma of floral perfume, candy, and light grassy hops. Flavors of bready malts and fruit. Easy to quaff.

35cl can from Drink Shop, Tallinn. Pours very dark, close to black with a rather small, beige to brown head. Aroma of dark malts with dark chocolate, coffee, some roasty notes and hints of dark fruits. Moderate sweet with quite nice dark malty flavours and a nice and balanced bitterness. Slightly boring and thin, but still quite nice. Easy drinking porter.

Cloudy blond color with generous head. Pleasant IPA with some sweaty hop aroma, caramelly flavor, robust bitterness, but nothing special.

Aroma is sweet with fruit juice - perhaps passionfruit? Flavour is a bit messy and yeasty with fruity and grassy hops. Feels like a well hopped saison. Refreshing and good.
