A golden coloured, lively unpasteurized complex lager. Medium bodied, medium sweet, some bitterness.

A refreshing, light bodied, pale bronze coloured and (by African measures) fairly hoppy English style bitter.

Draught at Ferryman’s Tavern, Cape Town (as ferryman’s Ale). Dark ruby/brown, small head. Aroma of caramel and molasses. Sweet and lightly roasty with full body. Salty and malty, lightly peaty with toffee and oil. Medium bitterness. Well balanced and reaslly good.
