Description
Founded in 2013, we spent the first couple of years as a very small, part-time operation. During this time we were building our range and engaging with our local community to brew beers they enjoyed drinking. We were mainly selling locally, but by 2016 we had increased capacity and started to sell further afield.

Innovation and new beers followed and today, we are proud of our wide range of craft beer and ale. Our beers are diverse, some new, some bold and juicy, some challenging, some classic. But, all are great quality, made with attention to detail and real care.

We continue to seek feedback from our customers and club membership, whilst taking inspiration from the wider brewing community at home and abroad.

Our goal remains unchanged, to producing great beers, to be enjoyed by all.

Bottle thanks to allmyvinyl. Appearance - cloudy golden orange with a nice head. Nose - oranges and blossom. Taste - going more down the citrus pith road. Fruit eventually comes out. Palate - light to medium bodied with a long dry stalky middle section and a long dry and very bitter. Overall - enjoyable the further down the bottle i went.

Bottle shared with AshtonMcCobb. I’m too Sussexy for this Tasting. Pours hazy amber with a thin white head. Aromas of butterscotch and stewed apples, light caramel. Taste is more of the same, light honeycomb sweetness. Finishes a bit sticky.

Hazy amber beer, tidy off white head. Palate is softish with fine carbonation. Sweetish malt base. Hops are twangy bitter - little floralness and a touch of citrus. Light finish. Not bad, just a bit twangy.

Bottle at home in London - picked up at Kris Wines. Pours mostly clear, amber-gold with a frothy, off-white foam head. The nose holds lots of dry wood, berries, some faint ripe orange, leaves. Light to medium sweet flavor with toasty leaves, light caramel, some dried citrus fruits, subtle berry jam, some bready sugars. Light to medium bodied with average carbonation. Sweet finish, fairly well balanced by leafy and lightly citrusy hops, some piney and leafy bitterness, dry bread. Pretty decent overall. Kind of like a cross between APA and ESB. I like it.
