Cask @ Penderel’s Oak (JDW), Holborn WC1. Pours a slightly hazy dark amber red color with a small off-white head. Has a fruity malty spicy hoppy caramel aroma. Fruity malty cardboard hoppy flavor. Has a fruity malty caramel hoppy finish.

Cask at the Conan Doyle. Pours clear amber with a thin white head. Aromas of citrus, faint spice. Taste is rye up front, bitter finish. OK.

Cask-conditioned at the Commercial Rooms (JDW), Bristol March 2016. Copper in colour, with a slight, white, head. Aroma of sweetish, redcurrant fruit, with a touch of leafy hop. Flavour had sweet, slightly earthy, malts, more fruit and a moderately bitter finish. Fine.

Cask @ Mikklegate at 127, York. Clear golden coloured ale with a creamy head. Crisp with a mild hoppy character.

Cask @ Montgomery’s Tower, Shrewsbury. Pours deep amber, off-white head. Very smooth, malt-lead bitter. Very light toffee. Bit boring.

Cask at the JDW Briar Rose; clear light brown pour with a big frothy beige head, aroma has light malts, taste has red fruits, some caramel, bitter finish.

Cask handpull at Westgate Canterbury jdw. Clear dark red beer disappearing beige head. Not much condition. Flavour is ok though. Some red fruit some sweetness. Lots of red ales this festival which I quite like. Some hop on the finish. Yes decent enough beer. OK temp. Some red malty fruit some hop sting on the finish. A little earthy.

GraviCask at Camra’s National Winter Ales Festival. Thanks to fonefan for sharing. Clear amber coloured body with a shade of red. Mid-dry malty nose, hints of nuts. Brown malty flavours, toffee and nuts followed by a short bittersweet tail. Rather thin in the mouth. Okay (The Roundhouse, Derby 19.02.2016).

Cask @ Becketts Bank, Leeds. Clear copper with a small glow and a small creamy, slightly off-white head. Includes a malty-smooth texture and taste, but not much else.
