Appearance: black in color with a finger's worth of khaki foamy head which dissolved nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: roasted malts, black coffee, milk chocolate, dark chocolate, toasted coconuts and some vanilla
Flavor: blends the prior noted aromas together in a sweet and roasty sort of way; finishes sweet and roasty
Texture: medium bodied, leaning towards being a sipper; some smoothness but also some roasty grind (nothing overbearing)
Overall: pretty good pastry impy stout worthy of coming back to.

Appearance: dark brown close to black color with a finger and a half of tan foamy head which dissolved nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: roasty coffee, dark fruits, toffee, light whiffs of dark chocolate
Flavor: meshes the prior noted aromas to a sweet to roasty and slightly underscore of bitterness; finishes sweet and roasty
Texture: medium bodied, good as a sipper, some smoothness but also some dryness
Overall: nice enough as an imperial stout I could come back to.

Appearance: pale yellow to almost orange haziness with a finger's worth of white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: very pineapple-y hop forward but some light berry-ish hops try to make a nice presence; light clean malts
Flavor: meshes the prior noted aromas together fairly well in a bittersweet sort of way; finishes pineapple-y and malty
Texture: light to medium bodied, leaning towards being sessionable, light smoothness, some bitterness assertiveness
Overall: nice IPA or DIPA as this brewery says it's a double IPA that I would come back to.

Can (8/27/25) from Westmere Beverage, Albany. Lightly hazy amber-gold, light sparkle, thin head fading quickly to a ring, trace lacing. Aroma is Munich malt, caramel, mild tart fruit element, Taste is stronger version of aroma. Smooth texture, average carbonation, finish as taste. True to style with good strength.

16 oz can shared by tfontana. Thank you! Aroma is toasted grain and mild toffee. Flavor follows with some soft minerals. Crisp texture and ends on mild old Noble hops. Good.

A lightly hazed golden ipa with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, sweet fruity biscuit malt with resinous floral hops, grapefruit pulp, light tropical fruits, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity biscuit malt with resinous floral hops, light tropical fruits, very nice. On tap at CNY brewfest 2025.
