Bottle @Ulfborg. Clear dark golden, oily. Apple, fermented and baked apple aroma. Sweet and tart apple flavour, fermented apple and a good bitterness to balance the sweetness. Nice alc warmth through out.

(Bottle) Amber colour, slightly hazy. Still, with brief bubbly head. Fruity nose with notes of ripe apples, wood, glue and and a touch of vinegar. Fruity, tart taste with ripe apples, citrus, vinegar, oak wood, apricot marmalade and flowers. Generous, puckering, woody acidity. Medium body, with a slight sweetness. Still and quite tart. Tasty. Quite nice.
