On tap at MBCC 2025 (Yellow session), pours a cloudy blonde with a large, quickly dissipating white head. Aroma is bone dry, with bright dry apple skins, white wine grape skins, and big barnyard funk. Flavour is bone dry, with intense barnyard funk, dry white wine grape skins, and apple skins. Dry, funky, and vinous. Excellent.

On tap at MBCC 2025 (Yellow session), pours a cloudy dark pink, no head. Aroma is floral, with plenty of botanical-like notes, dry apple skins, and barnyard funk. Flavour is rather acidic, with tons of botanicals, lots of acidity, and some apple core. Too acidic for my tastes but pleasant enough.

Bottle pour at MBCC 2025 (Blue session), pours a clear blonde, no head. Aroma has apple skins, treacle toffee, and brown sugar. Flavour has gentle sugars, with soft apple skins, apple juice, and light treacle. Kind of lacking depth for an ice cider but it’s pleasant.

Bottle pour at MBCC 2025 (Yellow session), pours a clear golden, no head. Aroma has plenty of apple juice, spirit, some brandy notes. Flavour is sweet and boozy, with lots of apple juice, brandy, and spirit notes. Really nice blend. This works great.

On tap at MBCC 2025 (Red session), pours a cloudy orange, no head. Nose has lots of toffee, brown sugar, and apple core. Flavour is gently sweet, with brown sugar, toffee, and apple skins. Lots of apple core and brown sugar. Nicely balanced, maybe a bit sweet. Good.
