Bottle pour at MBCC 2025 (Yellow session), pours a clear golden, no head. Aroma has plenty of apple juice, spirit, some brandy notes. Flavour is sweet and boozy, with lots of apple juice, brandy, and spirit notes. Really nice blend. This works great.

On tap at MBCC 2025 (Red session), pours a cloudy orange, no head. Nose has lots of toffee, brown sugar, and apple core. Flavour is gently sweet, with brown sugar, toffee, and apple skins. Lots of apple core and brown sugar. Nicely balanced, maybe a bit sweet. Good.

Bottle pour at MBCC 2025 (Green session), pours a clear dark amber with a tiny beige head. Aroma is rich, with tons of treacly toffee, stewed apples, and caramelized sugars. Flavour is very boozy and not that sweet for an ice cider, with boozy fumes, caramelized sugars that’ve dried out, and stewed apples. Not good at all for an ice cider—too dry and lacking complexity.

On tap at MBCC 2025 (Blue session), pours a clear golden, tiny head. Aroma has lots of soft funk, apple skins, and light residual sugars. Flavour is bone dry, with big barnyard funk, super dry apple skins, and hay. Super dry and hay-like. Excellent.
