(Bottle) Golden amber colour with brief, off-white head. Fruity, herbal nose with notes of apples, grass, flowers (marigold?) and birch leaves. Fruity, herbal, slightly tart taste with apples, flowers, herbs, birch leaves and sap. Medium body, mainly dry. Interesting, but a bit harsh. Quite nice.

Fruity taste with apples, dried fruit, cedar wood, apricots, nuts, orange, cinnamon and a generous acidity. Medium body, dry. Fresh and elegant, with a good acidity. Very nice.

(Bottle) Golden amber colour with foamy, off-white head. Fruity nose witik notes of red apples, citrus, orange peel, hay and dried flowers. Fruity taste with red apples, apple skin, citrus, orange peel, floral hops, hay and a generous acidity in the finish. Medium body, semi-dry, with a slight sweetness. Tasty and refreshing, with a mild hoppy touch. Nice one.

Can 25 cl. Pours a clear, deep amber with a small, rough off-white head. Strong, leathery tannin aroma with overripe apples. Medium bodied, lightly sweet overripe apples, tannins and astringency. Lovely old school craft cider. 290924
