About
Ben, Sam & Graham started Pressure Drop in 2013, making 50L batches in Graham's garden shed. After upgrading to a 5BBL kit and spending a few years in a railway arch in Hackney (yep, we are the stereotype), we've found our home in Tottenham.

We now employ a small team of great people and have a bigger, nicer and shinier 20BBL brew kit. We're making the best beer that we can, in styles that we want to enjoy, and hope that you will too.

Bottled. Hazy yellow colour with a small white head. Aroma is blackcurrant, some toasted and bready malts along with mild herbs. Flavour is crisp malts, some floral, blackcurrants and mild herbal tones to it.

Bottled. Amber colour with a slightly off-white head. Aroma is toffee, some mango, pineapple, grapefruit and als some biscuity tones. Flavour is pineapple, biscuits, some toffee along with mango and slight pine tones. Very refreshing and quite a tasty ipa.

Lear golden beer, white head. Smells.of zesty hops. Flavour has hops too, tropical and zesty fruit, something a little musty in there but it just gives a touch of tang. A bit of pine. Very decent.

Can at home in Hackney - picked up from Londis N16. Pours slightly unclear grapefruit pink with a fading, fizzy white head. Lightly sweet with sturdy citric acidity, some mellow tart berries, subtle seedy bitterness. Light bodied with active, spritzy carbonation. Quenching finish, lightly salty and drying, further berry tartness. Highly drinkable.

Can at home picked up from HOTM. A mostly clear golden orange coloured pour with a lasting sticky white head. Aroma is rustic bread, wheat, orange rind, grass, light pineapple. tangerine. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, tangy orange, pineapple, light grapefruit notes, jammy orange. Firm citrus bitterness. spicy citrus finish. Palate is semi sweet, rounded, moderate fine carbonation. Good stuff.

Appearance is hazy orange with a white head. Aroma is orange, pineapple, tropical fruit. Taste is bitter hops, orange peel, grapefruit, pithy fruit, bit of candied sherbet. Nice and refreshing.

Foamy white head left a creamy top on a hazy dull lemon coloured body. Juicy aroma with mango, nectarine & melon. Medium bodied, soft with a cloying back. Melon, sweet white wine, mango & tangerine tastes. A bit lacklustre.
