About
Ben, Sam & Graham started Pressure Drop in 2013, making 50L batches in Graham's garden shed. After upgrading to a 5BBL kit and spending a few years in a railway arch in Hackney (yep, we are the stereotype), we've found our home in Tottenham.

We now employ a small team of great people and have a bigger, nicer and shinier 20BBL brew kit. We're making the best beer that we can, in styles that we want to enjoy, and hope that you will too.

can. Aroma has tons of chocolate - smells like a chocolate shop, Also toffee. dessert chocolates. sweet and dark caramelly. not many sighs of beer in the aroma. Palate is thick and real good, flavor has a bit of roasted malts and bitterness, also tons of sweet chocolate with dark caramel. interesting experiment, the flavor itself not so much to my liking though, too sweet and too much dark caramel.

Bottled. Copper colour with a huge beigeish brown head, that lasts for a while. Aroma is caramel, some nutty, fruity and mild wooden notes to it. Flavour is quite similar, with also some maple syrup tones making it go quite sweet. Smooth, but a bit on the sweet side.

Bottled. Hazy goldeny orange colour with a mediumsized white foamy head, which leaves some lace. Aroma is coconut, some floral, fruity and mild bready notes. Flavour is fruity, floral, some nectar along with coconuts and some mild floral bitterness in the finish. Smooth and easy going.

Can at home in Hackney - picked up from HOTM. Pours totally clear gold with a tight, creamy white head. Medium sweet flavour with ample ale bread, piney hops, dried citrus rind, a lick of honey. Medium bodied with massaging carbonation. Nicely balanced finish, lightly resinous, more pale mats, orange, tangerine rind. Drinkable stuff.
