Bottle sample at Farmhouse Fest 2022, pours a cloudy bright yellow with a tiny head. Aroma brings out barnyard funk and crisp apple skins. Flavour is full of barnyard funk, tart apple skins, and wild yeast. Funky and tart, with no residual sweetness. Decent.

Bottle sample at Farmhouse Fest 2022, pours a filthy peachy muddled orange, no head. Nose is full of stone fruit, yeast, and apple skins. Flavour is full of wild yeast, tart fruit skins, and apple skins. Full of pithy fruits and tart apples. It's filthy but there's some good stuff here.

Bottle sample at Farmhouse Fest 2022, pours a cloudy blonde with a small white head. Aroma has some rotting funk and apple core. Flavour is full of rotting funk, apple core and crisp apple skins. Dry, funky and crisp. Not the most complex cider but it's solid enough.

Bottle sample at Farmhouse Fest 2022, pours a hazy blonde with a small white head. Aroma is musty, with barnyard funk, apple skins, and gentle earthiness. Flavour is musty and funky, with lots of wild yeast, barnyard funk, and crisp apple skins. Funky and crisp, with a nice complexity. Excellent.

Bottle sample at Farmhouse Fest 2022, pours a clear blonde with a small white head. Aroma is very funky, with lots of barnyard funk, some slightly rotting fruit, and rustic notes. Flavour is full of barnyard funk, moderately acidic tone fruit, and apple core. It's a little abrasive but well-made overall. Solid.

Bottle: Poured a deep orange color cider with some major funky notes with some strong barnyard notes. Taste is also a mix of barnyard notes but not as dominating as noticed in the aroma. Dry finish with little residual sugar and nice clean finish. Quite far for your standard cider but enjoyable nonetheless.

Flaska från share. 2017. Disig blekgul med vit krona. Torr, lätt, mjöliga äpple och äppelskal, mineral. Förvånansvärt balanserat för en Fruktstereo. Gott, lätt.
