Description

Bottle 33 cl. Courtesy of yespr. Pours golden with a slight haze and a white head. Sweet malty nose, a little sulphur too. Medium body, sulphurous and bitter into the finish. Not the worst stab at a Kölsch. 260911

Courtesy of bierkoning, tnx Edo! Deep amber-brown color, good creamy off-white head. Aroma has caramel, yeast and some alcohol. Medium-bodied. Quite bitter as a bock, some alcohol bite too. Then some caramel maltyness in the background. Overall palate is a bit watery. Not very special bock.

Bottle in Amsterdam. Pours hazy yellow with a light head. Yeast, faint clove, sugar and bread in the aroma. Has a big, bready flavor, more clove, candi sugar, light grain. Light bodied with average carbonation. Sweet finish, doughy with sugar and faint apple. Alright.

Hazy orange color, steady white head. Citrus, orange peels in the slightly hoppy nose. Medium-bodied. Citrus, orange peels, hops, fruity flavors. Refreshing although simple beer. Not really a Kölsch, more like Witbier.
