Description
De brouwwijze van Stadsbrouwerij De Drie Ringen is ambachtelijk en traditioneel. Het is nog altijd de brouwer die verantwoordelijk is voor de kwaliteit van het bier. De brouwerij gebruikt natuurlijk en gezuiverd Amersfoorts water als basis voor het brouwproces. Daaraan worden traditionele grondstoffen als gerste- en tarwemout, hop en gist toegevoegd. Er worden uitsluitend bovengistende bieren in een eigentijds jasje gebrouwen. Onderstaand kunt u alvast een keuze maken voor uw volgende bezoek.

Bottled. Slightly hazy golden colour, small white head. Aroma is mild earthcellar, some saltwatery notes as well as some mild floral notes. Flavour is fruity and floral with some mild earthy and bready malty notes.

Bottle from Bier Koning. Hazy pale gold beer, small white head. Light palate. Initially crisp but then turning soft. Sweet lagerish malt with a little citrus. Finishes semi dry. More of a sweet lager!

Bottle from Bier Koning. Hazy gold beer, small white head. Smooth palate, fairly dry. Sweet malt - almost sugary. Sweet generic fruit with peach being identifiable. Dry sweet malt finish. Some minerals. Messy.

Bottle from Bier Koning. Hazy gold beer, small white head. Smooth soft palate, semi dry. Sweetish malt with a trace of citrus and estery banana. Very dry finish. A little messy.

Bottle. Golden colour with an off-white head. Aroma is wheat, orange, citrus. Flavour is wheat, sugar, yeast, citrus, orange, malt. Medium body. OK beer.

Bottle from Bier Koning. Hazy gold beer, white head. Softish palate. A little milky - creamy malt. Some citrus in the mid morphing in to hop bitterness towards the finish. Respectable.

bottle, Dank an Bierkoning! Hazy golden colour, large white head. Fruity nose. Medium-bodied, leasantly fruity with a hoppy finish. Well balanced ale.

Bottle 330ml.ABV: 5.0%. Light unclear light to medium yellow color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, wheat, light moderate yeasty, spicy, citrus notes. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, fruity. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20110318]
