16oz can from Brewers Haven. Bright, clear golden pour, lively carbonation feeds a frothy white head leaving clumps of lacing. Mildly sweet biscuity aroma, fresh bread. Taste adds a touch of bitterness throughout, grassy, bready, crackers. Light bitterness lingers and then tapers off to a mild dryness.

16 oz. can, pours jet black with a large brown bead. Nose is full of coconut, with medium roast and a hint of cocoa. Flavour is a big coconut bomb sitting on top of sturdy roasted malt base and accentuated by a bit of cocoa. Really great use of coconut and roast, with relatively low residual sweetness. Highly drinkable despite the gravity. Excellent.

Bottle and on tap. Pours a almost pitch black hue with a small beige head. A big boozy nose, chocolate, bourbon. Ashy, rich chocolate, some heat, sweet strawberry. Works very well. Huge beer. Not overly unbalanced.

Can. Pours a clear golden hue with a medium white head. A big pungent fresh fruity hop nose. Robust, aggressive fresh hops, resinous, lots of pine and some oranges. Lovely.

16 oz. can, pours a clear pale copper golden with a small white head. Aroma is wonderful, with lots of tangy white wine-like hops, some citrus, some melon, and crisp biscuity malt. Flavour is just as wonderful, with a vibrant, perfectly calibrated expression of the NZ hops -- so much white wine tang -- which combine with the tropical character of the mosaic. There's not much fruitiness, just lots of white wine and subtle tropical melon, finishing lightly bitter and crisp. Wonderful NZ-hopped WCIPA.

Poured from 473mL can. Clear gold with small white head. Very dank, soft tang and melon hops in the background, clean, excellent.
