Bottle at home. Clear golden pour with a tall white head and visible carbonation rising to the top. Notes of unripe tropical fruit, citrus hops, brett, a bit of honey, some medicinal bitterness and off flavours. Seems to be infected.

Bottle shared. Semi-hazy golden pour with a white head. Notes of tropical fruit, citrus hops, some dank components, an astringent bitterness in the aftertaste. Medium body and carbonation and a bitter-sweet finish.

JUL-2018. BOTTLE 33 CL. Brewed at Timișoara, BB 12.12.2018, supposedly the first batch there. Cloudy golden-amber, creamy off-white head. The aroma is full of overripe citrus, peaches going slightly rotten, some fresh lupulin pricking the nostrils. Fells really juicy - there's moderate pungent fresh hop citrus resins and grass/onions, but you can feel the sugared peach nectar unbeneath. A nice one from their own plant - as good as their client brews or better. 7-4-7-4-15=3,7

NOV-2017. BOTTLE 33 CL from Berero. Version 2. Dull dark amber (oxidized?), off-white head. Bright citrus nose, tangerines, maybe some lemon and lemon rind, hints of malts. The taste has ripe grapefruit, low malt sweetness (maybe there's a hint of biscuit there), medium pithy bitterness with a hint of hot harshness. Aparat from the scary appearance, a nice and quenching hoppy ale. 7-3-7-4-14=3,5

OCT-2016. BOTTLE 33 CL. Hazy golden amber, ivory head. Tropical fruit and peachy aroma, notes of citrus peel. Pretty intense, but could be more juicy. The taste is grapefruity upfront, light citrus sweetness, bits of candied grapefruit with very little proper malts. Light to moderate piney bitterness. Low carbonation, smooth mouthfeel, though more creaminess would not harm. Very nicely done. 7-4-7-4-15=3,7

Amber clear with little white head. Aroma is resin, sage, more herbs, bubblegum. Deep and complex. Taste is only resiny bitterness. Very oily and resiny, pepper in the finish. Too heavy for me.

Bottle, thanks a lot ciocanelu! Strong perfumed aroma, some catty notes, iodine. Hazy orange, offwhite creamy. Medium light, foamy. Sweet base, candy, xmas spices, strong herbal finish. Interesting.

Bottle, thanks ciocanelu. Hazy orange color with white head. Aroma is peach, orange, grassy, cinnamon, some cheap candy. Taste is bitter caramel, toffee and peaches again. Quite high carbonation. It was not the freshest bottle, but still quite nice! EDIT: Fresher bottle. I interpolated correctly.

JAN-2020. Cloudy amber, creamy ivory head. Sweet ripe red oranges, creamy fruity caramel malts. Quite sweet - milky caramel and fruit, fresh crisp citrus bitterness. A really nice maltier modern IPA. 3,8/5.

SEP-2018. Draft at BCBF 2018. Hazy golden, white head. Dank and zesty and pithy, mild citrus. Similar taste - light citrus pulp and good mouth coating bitterness. Classic, fresh and good. 7-4-7-4-15=3,7.

JUL-2018. BOTTLE 33 CL. BB 30.12.2018, (one of the) first batch brewed in Timișoara. Hazy deep amber, a tad dull, off-white head. Smells really sticky, fruit lollipop with some zest thrown in. It's like classic American IPA's sold in Europe. Medium to heavy caramel sweetness, moderate piney and zesty bitterness with a spicy note of dried (walnut tree) leaves. Nice and clean, and classic, and old school. 7-3-7-4-14=3,5.

BOTTLE 33 CL, batch 3 (green label). 3 weeks old. Somewhat dull amber-brown, off-white head. Nice fresh oranges upfront, blending with malts into candied citrus, followed by apple puree. Medium dry taste, dank hops, some fruitiness ranging from citrus to oxidized apples. Moderate, not so smooth bitterness. Not bad, but not their best. 7-3-7-4-14=3,5

BOTTLE 33 CL, batch 2 (blue label). 2 weeks old. Hazy amber, small white head. Big and bright citrus/orange aroma, moderate zest and pine too. Almost no malts to talk about. The taste is dry and bitter, very dank and slightly citrusy. Strong yet smooth zesty and dank bitterness. A very good easy-drinking dryish IPA. 7-4-7-4-15 = 3,7/5.

BOTTLE 33 CL, batch 1 (amber label) from Liquor Store, Cluj. Clear amber-copper, off-white creamy head. Aroma of sweet citrus and pine, as well as some medicine and licorice. The taste is similar - subtle malts and hops with a medical edge to it. Clean crisp zesty bitterness and smooth mouthfeel. Would be nice, but it feels like it has some age on it. 6-4-6-4-14=3,4/5.

Bottle with thanks to my new friend at Viniloteca. Drink before December 1, 2016 on the bottle. Pours clear golden orange, small off white head, nice residual and lacing. Aroma is a bit muted, citrus, pine, faint tropical notes. Flavor is light sweet, light plus bitter, grapefruit and pine dominate. Hint of dankness and a bit of Bready malt. Medium body. Solid effort, and I suspect it was even better when it was super fresh. It is so great to see Romania coming so quickly out of the beer dark ages and into the light.
