Bottle 50 cl. Pours amber with a slight haze and hardly any head at all. Nose is yeasty and phenollic. Medium body, heavy esters and phenols overpowering the fruit. Dry, hoppy finish with a whiff of tartness. This is not so hot. 010915

Bottle 50 cl. Pours a hazy yellow with a very lively white head leaving a solid lacework. Clean malty aroma with flowery nobel hops. medium body, lowish carbonation, again a dry and clean malt base with an excellent hopping. Dry bitterness. Very good actually. Like a Czech or Bamberg artisan Pils from a wooden keg. 010915

Bottle 50 cl. Pours a cloudy, dark amber with an off-white head. Heavy clove and banana aroma. Rich malty and caramellish body, really, really thick. Solid yeast but the clove and banana dominates. Not pale at all, but a very fruity and estery Bernstein Weizen. Not bad for the style. 010915
