22oz bottle pours out a dark amber topped with a small tan head. A nice aroma malt and wood. Tast of bitter hops and a bit. I think this will tast pretty good in a couple of years after the fresh hops die.

Hazy medium amber colour. Big nose with a hint of bourbon, lots of fat toffee and caramel malts. Not getting much barrel on the palate, but given how good knucklhead can be with its rich malts, I’m not going to sweat it.

Bottle: Orange copper color with a smaller beige head. Aroma is thick with caramel sweetness and hints of vanilla. Flavor is moderate on caramel, light toffee, some oak aged notes, and light citrus hops. Very mellow bw. I’d been wanting to try this for a while, thanks to Jordan for packing this home from Seattle!
