Aroma is grapefruit, orange, toast, tropical fruits, roasted onion. Taste us full malty base, grapefruit, roasted onion, caramel touch, pine resin, long lasting harmonic bitterness, medium carbonation, very good, fully enjoyed.

Can. Copper with a small beige head. Aroma of sticky breadcrust, toast, orchard fruit, spices. A bit of body for 3.5%. Some toasty malt and gentle fruit before spicy bitterness roars through. Refreshing.

Can. Slightly unclear amber with a cm of near white head that laces well. Aroma is floral with lots of breadcrust and oozy peach and tropical notes. Creamy texture. Robust, strong ale-like breadcrust and peach notes before firm peppery bitterness.

Bottle. Almost black with a 3/2cm light tan head that lasts well. Dark chocolate and roast aroma with hints of sweetness behind. Smooth with modest carbonation. Intense dark chocolate, some coffee, firm roast, clean bitterness. Wow, really good.

Draft at the Lincoln Hotel Melboune. hazy deep golden colour with a white head. Aroma and taste are fruity citrus light sweet and slight pine. Smooth body.
