Bottle at Four Thieves, Battersea. Sour farmyard and Apple peel aroma. Opaque amber. Thin bubbly and lively white head. Some sourness at first before it levels off into a grainy umami. Fruity vespers (whatever that means). Sugary finish. Light bodied, thin, flat carbonated and abrupt finished. But refreshing. Easy drinking. And, yeah, I guess some sugary bubblegum sweetness does come through.

Can at Turtle Bay, Croydon. Dark brown with a purplish hue, no head. Vanilla, evaporated milk, chocolate milk powder, coconut water in the aroma. Sweetish spicy taste with some sourness nearing the finish. Angostura bitters and blackberry in the aftertaste, along with the gaggle of adjuncts. Weird but competent - more or less. Not sure the 'infusions' work as well as they sound on paper.
