750ml bottle from Peninsula Beverages co. for #rgpm. Sparkling, yellowy gold colour, short-lived foamy white head and aroma of pear, quince, apple. Taste is sweetish, ripe perry pear, quince notes, fruity, funk, wood hints, with some fleshy apple, and mellow acidity. Medium bodied, medium carbonation, drying pome fruit finish. Nicely drinkable.

30/9/2022. Bottle shared by danlo, cheers Ed! Pours clear pale golden with minimal head. Aroma is sweet, toffee, citrus, baked apple, woody notes, hint of strudel. Quite sweet, touch of tart. Medium to full body, sticky, no carbonation. Sweet warming gently boozy finish. Lovely sipper.

500ml bottle from Peninsula Beverage Co. Yellow gold colour, no head and aroma of citrus zest, apple, oak & vanilla hints. Taste is sweet, floral, apple, wood barrel, vanilla, white wine, with tart citric notes, plus some acidity and tannin. Oily mouthfeel, medium bodied, low carbonation, medium-dry lightly tart finish. Nicely drinkable

330ml.bottle from Peninsula Beverage Co. Slightly hazy pale yellow colour, short-lived white foam head and aroma of pears, fruity. Taste is sweetish, pear, fleshy, some core & slight woody note, with citric acidity and alittle tannin. Light bodied, soft carbonation, drying finish. Quite drinkable

Bottle. Hazy pale orange with white mousse that hangs around a while at the rim. Smells of apples - tart flesh, skins. Hints of lemon, cloves. Has some body, pleanant almost creamy texture. A little sweetness with hints of mellow and cooked apples. Decent astringency with some spices at the slightly tingly end. Mildly drying tannins. Clearly contains actual cider apples. Very promising.
