Sample courtesy of Cheeseboard, many thanks Simon! Pale yellowy golden colour, foamy white head that quickly dissipates away and aroma of apple, fruity. Taste is tangy, appley, alittle funk, hay, with some acidity and tannin. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, medium dry finish. Quite drinkable.

Can from Saccharomyces Bottleshop, Brisbane. Pours misty yellow with dissipating white bubbles. Tangy apple, straw, mild tannins. Towards medium bidy with spritzy carbonation.

Can. Cloudy yellow. Aroma of sweet and tart apples, funky skin. Soft texture, sweeter than guessed. Peach and pineapple with apple coming through behind. Kind of a shame the acidity wasn't as prominent as suggested by the aroma, but fair enough.

330ml can from Copper & Oak. Hazy yellow colour, short-lived white fizzy head and aroma of fruity apple, citric. Taste is sweet, fruity, apple, pulpy, with spiced hint and some citric acidity. Medium bodied, light carbonation, lingering sweet drying finish. Quite OK.

330ml bottle from Bucket Boys, Marrickville. Hazy pale yellow gold colour, short-lived white foam head and aroma of ripe fruity apple. Taste is sweet, fleshy apple, ripe fruity, pineapple, floral, mellow, citric, tart, alittle vinegary funk hint. Light to medium bodied, medium to soft carbonation, semi-dry tart fruity acidic finish. Quite drinkable

Pretentious bottle. Cloudy yellow, no head. Aroma of apple blossoms, vanilla, vinegar. No cooked apple. Low carbination. Sweet mushy apples, some juice, vanilla, then quite a bit of acid bite. Promising.

Pours straw, no head.Aroma of funky musty notes, baked apples an earthy character.Semi-sweet flavours, more must and earthy notes, soft damp oak, some tartness in the finish.Almost flat.Great stuff.
