(bottle) Hazy copper colour with a big frothy and diminishing off-white head. Dusty clove spicy and yeasty aroma, no fruity esters. Dry bittersweet flavour, light to medium body. Only light sweet, toast-malty taste with caramel and a dry, moderate bitter finish with notes of liquorice. Unconventional Dunkelweizen but not very convincing.

(bottle) Pale golden colour with a firm frothy white head. Herbal hoppy aroma, grainy malty taste, light to medium bodied, light bitterhoppy finish. A lightweight german Pilsener.

Ein alkoholfreies Malzbier mal wieder... mal schaun was mich da wieder erwartet. Hoffentlich inicht die unnatürlich hypermäßige Süße.Im Glas ist es ein wenig heller als viele andere Malzbiere, die Krone weicht recht schnell. Der sonst beherrschende brotige Geschmack ist hier nur im Antruk zu erkennen - er weicht recht schnell dem süßen Teil, der Im Vergleich zu anderen Sortengleichen lasch ausfällt, also geradezu perfekt. Nur irgendwas fehlt - das malzige.Im Prinzip ein recht ordentlicher Maltrunk - käme das malzige etwas mehr raus.

Bottle Dark golden, off-white foamy head. Sweet honeyish straw malt aroma. Solid, rich caramel body, nutty notes. Nice balance - doesn’t get too cloying. Fat dry finish. Definetly a winter warmer. Thanks for the bottle Dortmunder!

(Bottle 50 cl) This is fully golden with a head that leaves lacing on the glass. Very sweet and malty with a discreet bitterness. Almost a fat beer. 080903

(Bottle 50 cl) Regular, decent pilsener-color and a creamy head of the type that sticks to the glass. Aromatic, fresh and flowery. And even though the bitterness is far from absent, the sweetness is actually more distinct. Very nice pils. 020903

(swing top bottle) Clear golden colour with a big foamy white head, slowly lacing. Corny malty aroma with traces of hops and vegetables. Sweetmalty taste and a short slightly hopbitter and almost sticky finish.

Golden colour, thin white head, lasting; the watery beginning turns into a watery middle and ends watery; a very enigmatic brew: where did all the hops (and malts) go during the brewing process ?

A hazy yellow beer with a beige head. The aroma is sweet malty and slightly hoppy, and so is the flavor, while the body is thin.
