Sample (thanks fonefan!). Black colour, small brown head. Aroma is floral, some toffee roast and mild oaty tones. Flavour is nutty, some roasted, oaty and mild rye tones with some floral and mild herbal bitter tones. Kind of ok, but lacks something to weave it together.

Pours mostly clear gold and smells of berries and spicy yeast. The berries come through in the flavor but don’t dominate it. There’s also malty sweetness and some spicy yeast. It finishes a bit dry. It’s a pretty good tripel.
