Opaque brown colour, fair fizzy beige to tan head, mostly diminishing. Aroma roasted malt, caramel, raisins, bit liquorice. Taste medium sweet and bitter, roast, caramel, raisins, liquorice, faint chocolate notes. Medium body, oily to watery texture, soft carbonation, malty sweetbitter aftertaste, caramel, earthy notes, nice brown ale.
