Aroma: nice berries and farmhouse funk. Some kinda cherry skins.
Taste: along the same lines, very prominent berries, some tannins. On the drier side, food carbonation.

On tap at Garden Path, pours a clear amber orange with a small white head. Aroma brings out bright barnyard funk, faded tart cherries, hay, and a touch of leather. Flavour is complex, with tart cherries, deep barnyard funk, some leather, hay, and very gentle acidity. Beautiful funk, nice incorporation of the cherries, and everything is very cohesive. Excellent.

On tap at Garden Path. Pours clear orange-gold with a white head. Musty mildew, nice rustic funk, and gentle tart cherries on the nose. Flavour is funky with notes of mildew, must, and tart cherries. Great funk, complexity. Very well done.

On tap at WABF 2026, pours a cloudy bright pinkish red with a large pink head. Aroma brings out lots of wild yeast and some tart berries. Flavour is fairly laid-back, with a nice spent fruit character and some wild yeast. Simple but clean and well-made.
