Indeed this is a weird one. Golden color, hazed, thin white head, bubbly and quickly fading. Smell of vinegar, some spices and cheese. Aroma is lots of lemon backed by pale/pils malt and light spice, algreen apple. Taste is very acidic for the style. Finish is sour, acidic, quite dry, kinda lactic, lemonade. Light to medium body, strong carbonation. Too sharp for my linking.

On tap at Drunken Duck, Quinto Vicentino. Cloudy golden with white head. Some light hops, citrus, some fruit, malty bakcbone. Sweetish with moderate bitterness in finish. Medium bodied.

Keg at Bir&Fud. Pours black-brown with - dense, creamy mocha head. Classic CDA aroma: burnt pine, cocoa, grapefruit. Medium sweet flavour with a bit of ashy roast bitterness, dark chocolate, more grapefruit, some tangerine, more torched pine. Medium bodied with fine to average carbonation. Moderate ashy dryness to finish, touches of hop resin, more well toasted pine, cocoa, citrus fruits. Really drinkable gear.

Draft @ Bir&Fud, Roma. Dorée, sur léger voile, col blanc épais crémeux. Arôme au bouquet plaisant, grains, houblonné vert frais nobles rappelant les fourgaes et forêt avec petite note de gazon. Palais est malté, pils sur une note tchèque bohémienne apportant une douceur au niveau du grains. Houblonné noble, CZ et DE, foin vert, groseille verte mais sans l'effet aigre. Petite pointe de citronné. Franchement bien faite.

On tap @Bir&Fud (Roma). Giallo paglierino, abbastanza limpida, schiuma bianca media. Al naso mango, passionfruit, uva fragola. In bocca ha un attacco mediamente abboccato, la base di malto è ben presente, la chiusura è bilanciata da un amaro non invasivo, con finale però ancora leggermente dolciastro. Corpo medio-leggero, carbonazione media. Si può fare di più.
