pint can, courtesy of and shared with Tderoeck.

Tasting at Matt’s, can
Cloudy blond color. Pungent spicy aroma, some flowers, some vegetables. Dry mouthfeel, dry spicy yeast character, leading to some astringency in the final and vegetable bitterness.
Unbalanced, messy, not exciting.

Tasting at Matt’s, can
Cloudy golden color. Mild aroma of malt and orange. Lean mouthfeel, on the dry side; generic malt flavor, a touch of toffee, some resiny hop, mild bitter orange, and a shade of butter.
Decent beer, but as IIPA it’s sub-par.

Tasting at Matt’s, can
Hazy dark blond color. Some hop and some apple aroma. Delicate malt, some grainy character; balanced bitterness, no modern hop qualities, but some hop resins.
Nice, but nothing special.

Can from the brewery. This Hopfenweisse pours a cloudy golden-amber colour with a creamy off-white head, nice lasting with some good lace. Hoppy aromas with the grassy-citrus and some fruity malts in the background. Taste of Belgian Ale sweet yeast at first, then showing the wheat with some banana and bubblegum notes lingering. Refreshing overall with some beautiful wheat characteristics.

Can from the brewery. Pours a lightly unfiltered, light-golden yellow colour with a soapy white head, good retention and loads of foamy lace. Fresh grassy hop nose with citrus and piney notes. The taste is hoppy at first, but dies down quickly leaving some cereal malts and light grass linger. This is quite a beautiful Session ale. Very well-balanced.

First visit to the brewery tonight. Pours a cloudy light-golden colour with a foamy off-white head, average stay and not much lacing. Wheat aromas that give out bananas notes and hints of bubblegum. Other sweetness added by the Belgian Ale yeast. The taste starts off the same, but some bitterness kicks in the middle. Some light oranges, pepper notes. Not a bad little twist on a witbier.
