On tap at På Kornet. An unclear orange colored beer with a small, dense off-white head. Pine cones, orange zest, resins and some hints of malts in the aroma. There's a light malty sweetness in the back of the flavor, but the bitterness overpowers it without any problems. Pine cones, orange and resin, with a lasting finish. Smooth, full-bodied and nicely carbonated, mostly on the dry side. This one is lacking a bit on complexity and it's too bitter, but still it's a quite fine brew. 171020

On tap at På Kornet. A lightly hazy orange colored beer with an off-white head. Curtains. The aroma has some anise, with pine cones and a light maltyness. Perfumed flavor with anise and pine cones on a lightly malty backdrop. Rather bitter, both initially and in the swallow. Full-bodied, smooth and dry. An unusual one, interesting too, and quite nice. 171020

On tap at På Kornet. A hazy orange colored beer topped by a minimal sized off-white head. Pine cones, citrus zest and a light malty bread touch. Some roasted hints in the far back. It’s piney and quite bitter, with some resin flavors and pale malt in the back. Full body and a dry mouthfeel, nice carbonation level. Long bitter finish. A bit heavy on the bitterness this one actually, even for me, but it’s nice anyway. 171020

On tap at Haand Fest. Black in the glass, topped by a two-finger dark beige head leaving lacing. The aroma has roasted malts, some coffee and burnt malts, hints of dark sugar, and a nice piney hoppyness. It's too dry and bitter on the palate for me, still nice though, even with a bit rough texture and a low carbonation level. Roasted malts, coffee, burnt malt notes and piney hops in the flavor, lasting for ever. Except for the mouthfeel, it's a very fine brew. 170527

On tap at HaandFest. An almost clear golden-orange colored beer with a small off-white head that lasts and leaves lacing. Rather one dimensional aroma with some green bell pepper, citrus and a light habanero scent. There's a pleasant far from scary chili burn in the mouth and swallow, it's full-bodied and soft on the palate, with green bell pepper, habanero chili and some citrus in the flavor. Subdued malts. Lasting lightly burning finish. The saison base is more or less gone here, but it's a fine brew anyway, although quite one dimensional. 170526
