Sampled at Hierophant, pours a clear pale blonde. Aroma is loaded with floral lavender notes, light citrus and very gentle honey in back. Flavour is along the same lines, with bright lavender upfront, followed by citrus, and medium sweet honey. Alcoholic, floral finish. Good.

Sampled at Hierophant, pours a clear pale blonde. Aroma brings out lots of floral rose notes, followed by cardamom, and fermented out honey. Flavour is sweeter, with a nice blend of rose, cardamom and honey sweetness. Bit of an alcoholic kick, but still light on the palate. Fun stuff.

Sampled at Hierophant, pours a clear pale blonde. Aroma brings out pungent floral hops upfront, followed by somewhat fermented out honey. Flavour follows through, with lots of intense floral hops, and medium sweet honey. I usually can't stand hopped meads, but this works well.

On tap at Iron Goat, pours a clear pale golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out faded honey, little else. Flavour is full of light wildflower honey, floral notes, and biscuity notes. Light and pleasant, with a floral, lightly sweet finish. Alright.

Potpourri nose, very very light on the flavor. Smells of a rosebud.

Taster at One Tree. Medium ruby hue, iny ring of bubbles. Light honey and raspberry in the aroma, tadte puts the berries in front. Dry, tart. Used to much stronger meads, so have to search a bit for the flavors.

750 ml bottle from their Solace tasting room in Spokane. Picked this up last weekend. It was my favorite out of the ones we sampled. Aroma is honey, floral, hops, wet stone. Pours pale yellow like a sauvignon blanc with a ring of big-bubbly foam. Taste is lightly sweet with a moderate amount of hop bitterness. Flavors like the aroma. Faint carbonation. Nearly wine-like mouthfeel, not so syrupy like some meads. Tasty.

Sample at the Solace tasting room yesterday. Aroma is berry, honey, basil. Pours pale pinkish-red, similar to a rosé wine. Taste is lightly sweet with flavors matching the aroma. Body seems thin compared to the syrupy texture a lot of meads have. The drink as a whole is very wine-like, with mild honey character. Tasty stuff.
