On tap at Il Santo Bevitore, pours a clear pale golden with a small white head. Aroma has a nice fruitiness, resinous hops, and bitter pine. Flavour has melon, tropical fruits, pine, and metallic notes. Tropical, boozy and a bit chaotic, but some nice elements here.

On tap at Il Santo Bevitore, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Aroma has piney hops, a touch of melon, and biscuity malt. Flavour has a nice piney hops punch, some resins, and crisp biscuity malt. Wonderful piney hop expression. Excellent.

On tap at Il Santo Bevitore, pours a clear golden with a large white head. Aroma has fresh straw and gentle grassiness. Flavour is fairly crisp, with straw, gentle grassiness, and biscuity malt to back. Needs more hoppy spiciness but well-constructed. Decent.

Bottiglia. Il gusto al naso viene attratto dal luppolo. L'olfatto viene stimolato in maniera elevata e la maniera in cui permane è apprezzabile. Il manto birroso superiore non è molto persistente. La grandezza delle bollicine è a grana fine. Il liquido appare cristallino. Bollicine fini costituiscono la forma del perlage. La carbonazione è persistente ed insistita. Il colore è giallo ambrato. Il corpo è strutturato. L'amaro è carico. La forza gustativa è elevata. La continuità gustativa è buona. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di amaro. Il retrogusto è intenso. In bocca l'aroma è quello di miele, frutta secca, luppolo, resina, pino, agrumi, pompelmo, arancia amara, ananas e frutto della passione.

La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il liquido è di consistenza limpida con carbonazione effervescente. Il colore è giallo dorato brillante. Il corpo è pieno. L'amaro è pronunciato. La forza gustativa è normale e si prolunga in modo sufficiente. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di birra beverina. Il finale è semplice e dissetante. L'aroma in bocca riconosce impressioni di miele, cereali, agrumi e mandarino.

Sulla lingua si attestano caratteristiche di miele cereali, luppolo, spezie, albicocca, agrumi e mango.

Le bollicine sono grandi. Il colore è scuro impenetrabile. Il corpo è pieno. Il dolce è medio in buon equilibrio con l'amaro medio. La forza gustativa è elevata e si prolunga in modo sufficiente. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di pronta beva. Il finale è semplice e dissetante. Sul palato si attestano note di miele, caffè, liquirizia, frutta secca, luppolo e agrumi.
