Description
Created in 2003 by Christophe and Alexia Noyon, the Brasserie Artisanale des 2 Caps, when it started, had a dual vocation: that of giving a new economic dimension to the small family farm to make it sustainable and that of maintaining the remarkable built heritage, that constitutes the Ferme de Belle Dalle.
Thanks to the work and passion of the men and women who compose it, it now has real know-how, which has been rewarded multiple times in competitions. Over the years, the quality and finesse of its beers have attracted a growing number of palates in search of authenticity.

Bottle bought in a shop near the beach in Wimereux, France. Golden coloured pour with a smallish white head. Aroma of apples and lemons. Tastes fruity, sweet, banana, apples, lemons, refreshing. Reminded me of a thin Achel blonde. Rather pleasant and a surprise.

Bottle. Pours dark brown with a huge, off white and cloudy head. Dark malts, light chocolate and caramel in the nose. Fairly sweet with cocoa and candy, along with some chalky, tobacco bitterness. Light to medium in body with average carbonation. Seriously dry to finish, with some burnt wood and charred malts, which are short-lived with touches of sugary sweetness. Decent beer overall.
