Bottle shared, stolen from my mother in law. Almost clear golden with big white head. Sweet malts, bready, light cloves, yeasty, sweet stone fruit, grassy hops. Solid sweet, medium bitter. Full bodied. Not bad.

Arôme est frais, axé sur les houblons nobles - malté pils/grains en support - garde une inspiration franco-belge tout en ayant ce bouquet plaisant fleuri de fleurs de sureau.
Palais reste sur une base française assez lcassique - sèche sur un malté pils, pâle léger touche un peu douce en support avec un caractère floral distinct dont une belle présence de sureau voire de chamomille.
Fini garde une signature de pils.

Bottle. Millésime 2021. Chique label, like a wine label. Color: Hazy golden, white head. Aroma: Fruity and spicy notes. Taste: Sweetish fruity notes of apricots, spicy Saison yeast notes. Some plum. Barley malt. Floral hoppy backbone. Quite dense, over medium body, below average carbonation. A bit creamy mouthfeel. Over moderate sweet, moderate bitterness. Dry finish. Nice one.
