Description
Created in 2003 by Christophe and Alexia Noyon, the Brasserie Artisanale des 2 Caps, when it started, had a dual vocation: that of giving a new economic dimension to the small family farm to make it sustainable and that of maintaining the remarkable built heritage, that constitutes the Ferme de Belle Dalle.

Thanks to the work and passion of the men and women who compose it, it now has real know-how, which has been rewarded multiple times in competitions. Over the years, the quality and finesse of its beers have attracted a growing number of palates in search of authenticity.

Bottle, 8% ABV, as Bière de Belle Dalle Triple, RBNAG 2009 in Vatlandsvåg. Deep golden to amber colour, big white head. The aroma is rather intense (?, can’t read my own handwriting) and unusual, some spicy and farmhouse notes. The flavour is yeasty and moderately spicy, but quite refreshing for its strength.
