Description
Created in 2003 by Christophe and Alexia Noyon, the Brasserie Artisanale des 2 Caps, when it started, had a dual vocation: that of giving a new economic dimension to the small family farm to make it sustainable and that of maintaining the remarkable built heritage, that constitutes the Ferme de Belle Dalle.

Thanks to the work and passion of the men and women who compose it, it now has real know-how, which has been rewarded multiple times in competitions. Over the years, the quality and finesse of its beers have attracted a growing number of palates in search of authenticity.

Bottle from Le Bon Marche. Pours hazy orange gold with a frothy five finger head. Smells like peach and hop. Medium body with frothy carbonation. There’s clove and light stone fruit. Makes me think a bit of pickled peach. Pretty dry with light, light funky notes. Ok, it’s Belgian! Really good.

Bottle from La Bon Marche. Pours very dark brown with a three-finger tan head. It laces. Darkly roasted caramel aroma. Medium body with moderate carbonation. It’s very nutty with smooth dark roast malt. Could be mild fruits in here. Bit of chocolate. Very flavorful, but light, stout. Not exactly dry.

The flavor is sweet malty with notes of roasted malt, lending it an acidity, as well as light notes of soy sauce, leading to a hard roasted finish. The body is a bit thin.
