Description
Created in 2003 by Christophe and Alexia Noyon, the Brasserie Artisanale des 2 Caps, when it started, had a dual vocation: that of giving a new economic dimension to the small family farm to make it sustainable and that of maintaining the remarkable built heritage, that constitutes the Ferme de Belle Dalle.
Thanks to the work and passion of the men and women who compose it, it now has real know-how, which has been rewarded multiple times in competitions. Over the years, the quality and finesse of its beers have attracted a growing number of palates in search of authenticity.

Bottle, 75cl corked. Golden, unclear body with a white head. Banana, fruits and some yeast in the aroma. The flavor is quite on the fruity side as well, with banana and some spices and yeast. Medium body. Slightly dry finish with some hops and spices. A quite refreshing beer, but there’s nothing extraordinary to it. (070719)

Bottled. Clear golden, rocky head. Citric aroma heavy on coriander. Sweet with clean, rounded mouthfeel. Fruity and rather intense in flavour for such a light beer - coriander, yeast and lemon peels. This and the sweetness reduces the refreshing qualities, making it more of a low sipper, or something in between the two. No bitterness.

Bottled. Hazy yellow colour, mediumsized white head. Aroma is very big coriander, zest, a lot of other citrusfruits, wheat and some more spices involved. Flavour is coriander, wheat, slight yeast and some grass. A very pleasant thing, that at the same time is very refreshing and full of stuff. One of the better Witbiers I have had.
