Bottled. Cloudy golden, average head. Buttery, lightly cellary nose. Dryish and soft with notes of butter and newly mown grass. An uncomplicated laid back beer, fairly light in body and with average bitterness. Typical French ale - I like it!

Pours a very light golden straw color with a n impressive large, fluffy, white head. Aroma is light of wheat, spice, and fruit. Flavor is pleasent, but not strong enough. Earthy, spice, and citrus. Mouth is a bit thin and pretty cabonated. A good beer, but i could use more flavor.

Pours a nice orange/copper with a flufy white head. Aroma is sweet and spicey. Wheat, citrus, and refreshing fruit. Mouth is nice and creamy, but with the right amount of carbonation. Flavor is citrus, apple peel, yeast, and earthy. Finish is very dry. A very enjoyable brew.

Bottled. A hazy orange beer with a huge light orange head. The aroma is sweet with strong notes of both wheat and spices. The flavor is sweet malty with strong spicy notes - especially coriander stands out.

Bottled (BB 12/2008)
Muddy brown, creamy tan head. Lightly roasted, chocolaty, fruity and vegetably nose. Ashy flavor: tobacco, cold coffee. Dry aftertaste. A little bit like Portuguese "pretas" - just with fullier body. Not very ordinary French.
