Description
Created in 2003 by Christophe and Alexia Noyon, the Brasserie Artisanale des 2 Caps, when it started, had a dual vocation: that of giving a new economic dimension to the small family farm to make it sustainable and that of maintaining the remarkable built heritage, that constitutes the Ferme de Belle Dalle.

Thanks to the work and passion of the men and women who compose it, it now has real know-how, which has been rewarded multiple times in competitions. Over the years, the quality and finesse of its beers have attracted a growing number of palates in search of authenticity.

Large bottle picked up from small village 8-10 miles along the coast from Calais. Nice deep golden colour with large ice cream head, nice slightly tart bite to it but very good intensity of flavour. A very decent beer brought a couple back with me.

75cl bottle from Franglais, Calais. Golden, well carbonated in the glass with fluffy off white head. Citrus/yeast lemon and green hop aroma. Much like many bieres des gardes. Good blond, I like these type of beers, it is reminiscent of 3 Monts. On the label it is described at biere de fermentation haute and has a lees also. Smooth in mouth with good finish. The depth and finish are quite impressive.
