bottle. Amber colour, large head. Dry and hoppy with hints of roasted malt, chocolate and caramel. Medium-bodied. All right but nothing outstanding.

(Bottle 50 cl) Hazy golden with a dense, off-white head. Fresh aroma of malt and fruits. Medium body, fairly malty with an edge of cardboard and a rather hoppy finish. 110108

50 cL bottle. Pours hazy orange with a dense white head. Mild malty and light grainy/grassy aroma. Flavour is solid bitter grassy with a little note of malt. Medium sweet. Solid bitter finish.

Bottle. Fat honeyish grain and light hop aromatic nose. Red golden, pretty fine carbonation, full off-white creamy head. Very full and chewy body, malt (dont get the cardboard at all), light roasted edges, agressive dry herb and grass counterpoint. Cross between a Dortmunder export and a north german pils I would say - good full mouthfeel a dry sparkly bitterhop finish. I like it quite a bit.

The bottle looks good, but the labels would also fit to a wine-bottle. The beer is dry and malty, not as drinkable as other alts. An average beer.

50 cL bottle, thanks to Papsoe. Pours hazy brown to orange and with a little white lacing head. Mild hoppy and slight spiced. Flavour is sweet towards dry breadish. Ends with a continued breadish note and a solid bitterness.

I was almost shitting my pants seeing this German chef had made his own beer, ridiculous - although he is fun to watch on German TV. 33 cL bottle, thanks to Papsoe. Pours clear yellow with a white head. Mild grassy to cardboardish aroma. Flavour is slight breadish towards a mild cardboard note. Ends with a little bitterness and continued breadish note.

Bottled. An amber beer with a white head. The aroma is sweet wheaty with notes of citrus, and so is the flavor, with a dry wheaty finish.
