500ml (thx, Mathieu A.!) @ Ryan's. Appearance: clear golden. Aroma: nice sweet apples with some acidity, a bit of apple seeds. Taste: bold, sweet, intense, sharp, lots of apples, some caramel. Overall: very nice.

Bottle, courtesy of vanjamer (thanks Jamie!), pours a clear blonde. Aroma brings out decadent apple pie, toasted caramel, and brown sugar. Flavour is rather decadent, with lots of treacle toffee, brown sugar and apple pie. Very sweet, with treacle toffee. Lovely.

Golden colour. Intense apple character, sweet without being cloying, with a good level of acidity, not the most complex or rich, but still very well crafted.

A lighter coloured cider with a more complex aroma, apples, herbal notes. In mouth, nice cooked apples, with light chalky notes, smooth and warming. Tasted at Mondial des Cidres de Glaces, Feb. 13, 2010.
